ONE-ON-ONE PERFORMANCE TRAINING

If your goal is to play at the highest collegiate or professional levels you know the specificity of training needs and attention to detail becomes much more important. The higher the levels you reach the harder it is to fine tune a high performance machine. Our program fits you, because it’s tailored for you, and your evolving needs. You’ll work 1-on-1 with a degreed and certified performance coach to ensure the complete focus is on you.  They will provide provide a unique, personal, one-on-one training experience  to efficiently and effectively get maximum results in minimum time.

SEMI-PRIVATE PERFORMANCE TRAINING

Designed for those athletes who enjoy the camaraderie of a group environment, but still desire a personalized program designed to their body’s specific needs and goals and who also understand the importance of maximizing each exercise with proper form and technique with closer instruction from their trainer.  Our semi-private sports performance groups feature six or fewer participants for the best in group instruction.

WHAT TO EXPECT: OUR PROCESS

Here’s what you can expect when considering starting a performance program.

 

COMPREHENSIVE ASSESSMENT & CONSULTATION

Each athlete begins their training process by completing a one-on-one initial assessment and consultation. The comprehensive assessment is used to gain a better understanding of each athlete’s personal needs, strengths, weaknesses, and ability level. This informs our consultation where we will ask the athlete (and parent if appropriate) specific questions to better understand their personal situation and goals.  We will then provide a customized recommendation on which Skolfield Performance program is best for them to achieve their athletic aspirations. 

ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING SESSIONS

After we have completed the assessment phase, we then enter our one-on-one performance training phase, where we will work individually with the athlete to ensure they fully understand how to implement our program pillars, what the expectations for training are, and ensure they have a solid training base built before transitioning into our semi-private performance training groups.  The amount of sessions and length of time an athlete works with a performance coach one-on-one will be determined in the initial assessment and consultation.  

SEMI-PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS

 In the semi-private training sessions, you'll be working with a group of 4-6 athletes with your own personalized program, that's guided by your performance coach. Your performance coach will provide you feedback, corrections and answer any questions you have during your session.  Our coaches will be there to help you when you need help with your exercise form, can't remember a particular drill on your program, and anything else that's on your mind!
 
 
 
 
Throughout the process, you will have re-assessments & video analysis for results measurement at different intervals to track your progress to your goals.
